• Pre-session Accelerate workbook for you to complete prior to our first session so you can gain clarity and let me know where you’re at in your life. You will also be sharing` what you aim to achieve and focus on during our time together. This will help maximize your results

 

• 4 individual, 1-hour coaching calls where we will dig deep and discover what’s holding you back, eliminate any limiting beliefs and create a plan for you to start upleveling your life. Every week I will support you through your plan as your transformation takes place

 

• Custom homework and reading recommendation in order to encourage you to dig deep and inspire you and get you out of the rut

 

• A copy of the ebook Creating a Lifetime of Wellness: Start Having the Life You Deserve so you can learn more on how different areas of our life impact our well-being

During our time together…

You will be guided to your true essence through my process, Aura Blueprint ™, where we will assess where you are now, where you would like to be, what needs to happen to get you from point A to point B AND make sure that you are all good for the journey toward where you want to be.

 

After, you will understand what has been keeping you and your life parked all this time. This part is SUPER important because this is where you will uncover and get rid of the layers that have been covering your true essence. This process starts setting you up for success.

 

Once this is done with, it’s time to realign all parts of you. That’s right! It’s time for you to realign with who you really are, start claiming that person that you knew deep down you are and this is, too, is important because if you have been so identified with your layers, you can feel lost without them. So, it will be important to realign all parts of you.

 

Aliveness is what you will feel once you see how your outer world FINALLY matches your inner world. This is where the manifestations occur.
