Remain In Your Knowing

Today’s blog post is more of a reminder than anything else and this is because many times we forget things that are so crucial to our overall well-being. There is a place to forget certain things because they are not helpful to our overall well-being, but there are other things that we can not afford to forget. For this reason, it’s important to remain in your knowing.

Remain in the knowing that you are loved. This is something that sometimes we tend to forget. We forget because we sometimes are not in the mood. We forget because at the moment things may not go the way we want them to go. We forget because we may not see a manifestation from others of their love. It’s important to remain in the knowing that you are loved regardless of whether or not others are showing you their love. Just because they are not showing you their love, doesn’t mean that they don’t love you. At the end of the day, they, too, are only humans and they too go through their ups and downs. Just because things may not go the way you want them to go doesn’t mean that you are not loved. Perhaps things not going the way you want them to go is an act of love in itself.

Remain in the knowing that you are supported. Sometimes we make the mistake of thinking we are not being supported because we are not seeing that support from others. Remember that there is a higher force supporting you regardless of whether or not others are supporting you.

Remain in the knowing that you are needed. Yes, you are this important! You matter so much! It doesn’t matter what your occupation is, your title or your level of education, you have an important place in life. It’s important to remember this regardless of how others see you or think of you. You are irreplaceable and for this other reason you matter so much.

Remaining in this kind of knowing gives you power. It gives you a boost that I have no words to describe the power it can have in your life. This knowing is uplifting, it makes you stronger, it makes you invincible. It is this feeling and strength that help you get by despite the adversities of life, despite if others may be “against” you, despite the challenges you may encounter.

In order to remain in this knowing, you have to make a daily choice to be in this knowing, to repeat to yourself how you are love and are loved. Repeat to yourself that you are valuable and needed. Repeat to yourself that you are always supported. This repetition will help strengthen those muscles that will make you invincible in life.
